FAQs
How much time should I plan to devote per week?
Including live meetings, plan on devoting 2-3 hours or more per week. The more time you can put in, the faster your growth will be. Make most of your time oriented toward action, and you'll see growth even sooner. After the first six weeks are over, you can move at your own pace and the community will be here to support you for a year (with options to renew at $97 per additional yr).
How do ICF mentor hours work?
Once I see how many folks need hours, I will determine the best way to proceed.
Do I need any pre-existing business skills?
You don't need any prior experience. The activities we do are accessible to anyone who is willing to get messy and keep trying different strategies.
What if I can't attend all of the live sessions?
Each session will be recorded and a link will be sent to all enrollees. While it is always beneficial to attend the class in person, you'll be able to view the recording and participate in the week's activities regardless. Everyone misses the live session every once in a while; don't let this hold you back.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
You may choose to downgrade to the self-guided course within the first 14 days. You get to keep the materials, but you won't have the accountability or group momentum that comes with enrollment. After 14 days, no refund will be issued.
Do I need to be ICF-certified?
No. However, I strongly recommend that you have some coach training even if you are not fully certified. It's completely fine if you've only taken one or two courses.
What if I already work with clients and just want more?
Most likely, you've gotten clients and you're not totally sure how. This course will help you understand why those clients booked with you to begin with, and how you can leverage those wins to create new clients.
I really get a year of access?
Yes. The six-week cohort is where I ask for your full commitment. After that, work at whatever pace life allows. Building a business is rarely linear, and your year of access is designed with that in mind.
What if I buy the self-paced option?
