Resolutions don't work. Themes do. A theme is a word, phrase, mascot, mantra that you can use to guide your decisions in 2022.

I want you to be in the 8% of people who deeply reflect on the previous year and set tangible, do-able, and trackable goals for 2022.

Finding a theme can be tricky. You can't just quickly pull it out of the air. It involves synthesis, reflection, and a keen understanding of your core values.

To help with that, I'm offering a special end-of-year coaching session. It's a one-time meeting, plus three seasonal e-mail check-ins to hold you accountable.

In this 60-minute online coaching session, you will:
